同时，目前大部分防脱头皮精华采用的促渗剂是乙醇，含量还不低，基本排在第一或第二位。

这是因为，目前多数头皮精华液的作用部位主要是发根，发根处于真皮至皮下组织，活性物一般较难抵达此位置，而乙醇能进一步促进其透皮吸收。
但乙醇对头皮有损伤、结痂、头痒头屑多的人群并不友好，建议谨慎使用。
总体来说，如果对自己的脱发情况非常担忧，防脱头皮精华可以一试，但效果可能因人、产品而异。
