3、雨天出行注意事项","attr":"{"be-class":"center"}"},
①.水中行，避井坑。出行遇到暴雨引起大面积积水，特别是儿童、妇女、老人要注意观察四周有关警示标志，注意路面，防止跌入窨井、地坑、沟渠等之中。
②.多观察，防触电。暴雨袭来，骤不及防。切记留心观察，远离电线、电器等设施，以防漏电遭致伤亡。
③.遇积水，车绕行。驾驶员行车过程中，突遇暴雨，当心路面或立交桥下积水过深，尽量绕行，切莫强行通过。
④.砌土坎，防内涝。为防止暴雨发生时雨水灌入室内，居民可因地制宜采取放置挡水板、堆砌土坎或其他有效措施，将其拒之门外。
⑤.不停留，多防范。山区暴雨来临时，防范山洪需留意，不在坡边多停留，危险山体要注意，提防突发泥石流。","attr":"{"be-class":"center"}"},
