小数表达方式
① 小数点左边的数通常按基数词读，小数点右边的数通常按编码式读法单个读出，小数点用“point"
例子：
⑴ 6.8 --- six point eight
⑵ 14.15 --- fourteen point one five
⑶ 20.369 --- twenty point three six nine
