大连友谊医院英文核酸检测报告预约指南
大连市友谊医院国际医疗核酸检测通道是为方便外籍人士离境旅行，务工而开设的核酸检测通道。在经过全面升级后实行网上挂号缴费，需使用护照信息进行挂号，英文版核酸报告也会根据所提供的护照信息进行编辑。
具体预约挂号流程如下：
识别小程序码 Scan QR code above ↑
选择Covid-19 Test nasopharyngeal鼻咽
或Covid-19 Test oropharyngeal口咽
选择检测采集时间
Select sample collection time
选择就诊人（必须使用护照绑卡添加的就诊人）
Select your patient ID

缴费200元
Pay 200 registration fee
系统在采集当日自动推送实验检测费16元，网上完成缴费

国际医疗核酸采集的工作时间及采集地点
Day time collection 日间采集：
• Monday-Friday: 8:30-10:30, 13:00-16:00
周一至周五：上午8：30-10：30 下午13：00-16：00
•Weekend: Only 13:00-16:00
周六、周日：下午13：00-16：00
•Location: the entrance of International Patient Service clinic ( besideSanba square)
采集地点：大连友谊医院国际医疗部门诊前，靠近五五路和三八广场，“国际医疗核酸检测口“
Report Issue Time and Hard Copy Picking Up Location
报告出具时间及纸质版领取地点
1.Soft Copy:
Will send to you through IPS Working Wechat after 8am the day after test day
2.Hard copy:
•Monday-Friday:
Picking up between 8:30am-10:30am, 1:00pm-3:00pm thefollowing day after testing.
Picking up location: at “IPS Covid-19 registration window”
•Weekend:
I. Picking up between 8:30am-10:30amthe following day after testing
Picking up location: at the South door of Out-Patient Building.
II. Picking up between 1:00pm-3:00pmthe following day after testing

1.电子版核酸报告出具时间：
电子版于采集日次日早8点后通过微信发送给您。
2.纸质版报告领取时间及地点：
•周一至周五：
领取时间：采集日次日上午8：30-10：30 ,下午13：00-15：00
领取地点：大连友谊医院国际医疗部门诊前核酸登记窗口领取。
•周六、周日：
I. 领取时间：上午8：30-10：30
领取地点：在门诊楼南门（一楼结算出口）领取
II. 领取时间：下午13：00-15：00
领取地点：大连友谊医院国际医疗部门诊前核酸登记窗口领取（五五路边）
采集地点位于国际医疗门诊门口处。请在缴费后将护照照片发送至国际医疗中心工作微信yy82717393用于信息核对。如需上传至辽事通，请将中国身份证一同发送。详情请致电国际医疗0411-82717393。
