5.冠脉支架有寿命吗？
支架没有寿命。如果支架植入成功，患者又预防控制做得好，也不是容易增生的特殊体质，也就是说支架不发生血栓或再狭窄的副作用，那可能一辈子就是畅通的；
但如果放完支架，症状好转，但没有规范服药，积极预防，那有可能随时就会发生血栓事件，出现心梗，支架也就废了。
6.支架术后多久需要复查？
支架术后复查有三个目的：
1. 有没有服药后的药物副作用发生，比如服用他汀类药物后肝脏、肾脏功能损伤；
2. 有没有出现支架带来的副作用，比如血栓、再狭窄等；
3. 有没有规范服药。
所以我们一般要求，如果术后没有出现任何不适症状，1 个月、3 个月常规复查，6 到 9 个月左右进行一次造影复查。
不管什么原因，如果出现胸痛、胸闷等可疑心脏症状，就要随时复查。
7.支架还能取出来吗？
很多患者会问「我冠心病好了，支架还能取出来吗？」。
答案是不能！
支架是高压嵌入到血管内壁的，而且一段时间后完全被血管内膜所包埋，与血管形成了一个整体，所以这种金属丝是永久遗留在体内的。
不过，目前有一种生物可降解支架上市，是一种高分子材料做成的，一段时间后可以完全降解吸收成血管结构，体内不会存留任何异物。

How long does it take to reexamine after stenting?
There are three purposes for follow-up after stenting
1. Whether there are side effects after taking medicine, such as liver and kidney function damage after taking statins.
2. Whether there are side effects of stent, such as thrombosis, restenosis, etc.
3. Whether the medication is standardized.
Therefore, we generally require that if there is no discomfort after the operation, routine reexamination should be carried out 1 month and 3 months after the operation,and reexamination should be carried out by coronary angiography about 6 to 9 months after the operation.
No matter what the reason, once you have chest pain, chest tightness and other suspicious heart symptoms, it is necessary to review at any time.
Can the bracket be taken out?
Many patients will ask, if coronary heart disease is cured, can stent be taken out?
The answer is no!The stent is high-pressure embedded into the inner wall of the blood vessel, and after a period of time, it will be completely embedded by the intima of the blood vessel, forming a whole with the blood vessel, so this kind of wire is permanently left in the body.
However, there is a biodegradable stent on the market, which is made of a kind of high polymer material.After a period of time, it can be completely degraded and absorbed into the vascular structure, and there will be no foreign body in the body.
