一.树立正确观念，装了支架不等于冠心病治愈，不少装了支架的患者以为装完支架冠心病就治愈了，终于可以松一口气，从此高枕无忧了，无需药物治疗。这里要提醒广大病人及家属们注意，冠心病是一个慢性、逐渐进展的过程，支架可以迅速开通阻塞的血管，改善心肌缺血，有效缓解症状，从而减少冠心病事件。但这并不意味着冠心病治愈，放支架只是打通了部分堵塞的血管，不能延缓或逆转整体动脉硬化进程，高血脂等主要的心血管危险因素仍然存在。会促使动脉粥样硬化发生发展，装支架的或其他的血管仍可能再次发生狭窄。支架术后，冠心病患者复发和死亡风险仍然极高，尤其是术后1年内，所以我们要提高警惕，不能掉以轻心。
二.就算是忘了吃饭也不能忘记吃药，当然这个说法有点小夸张，主要是为了突出用药的重要性。有的患者觉得放完支架后，没有了以前的难受症状，感到万事大吉，结果自行停药，这样做是很危险的。支架植入人体后如果不坚持服药很容易在这个地方长出血栓来，导致血管再次堵塞，所以患者需要回家坚持并按时服用抗血小板的药物才行。
三.化验单上血脂正常也不能随意停用降脂药。血脂正常值“因人而异”，一般而言，化验单上只是针对正常人群的血脂参考范围，根据各大临床指南，“支架”患者属于极高危患者，
“坏”胆固醇LDL-C值应降低至＜1.8mmol/L。这是因为血脂中的“坏”胆固醇是心脑血管疾病发生的罪魁祸首，它在动脉血管内壁慢慢沉积，形成动脉粥样硬化斑块，使血管变窄甚至堵塞，这些斑块如同血管内的“炸弹”，一旦爆破，便引发心梗、脑梗等心脑血管疾病，他汀可降低“坏”胆固醇，抗击动脉粥样硬化，是“支架”患者预防冠心病复发的基石药物之一。
