综上,我的观点是,一般的健康人群,全脂奶完全可以喝,而且非常推荐每天喝到推荐量300g。有胆囊炎的朋友,可以选择喝脱脂奶。而需要减肥的人群,没有必要刻意选择脱脂奶,除非是营养师帮你制定的食谱中,基于总能量的控制及营养的搭配比例需要用到脱脂奶,那另当别论。
