贫血和低血糖是完全不同的两种疾病，一个是血液里的疾病，一个是内分泌代谢疾病。有患者提出这个问题，那就说明两者还是有容易相互混淆的特征及症状，那么，下面就为大家详细介绍一下，什么是贫血？什么是低血糖？两者的相似特点和不同点。
第一、概念区别
贫血是单位容积血液内血红蛋白低于正常参考值的下限，成年女性小于110g/l，成年男性和儿童小于120g/l。孕妇的指标建议描述，因为孕妇也常出现贫血和低血糖
血糖是人体供给能量的物质，无论在任何时间测得的血糖数值小于等于2.8mmol/l，则为“低血糖的标准”。关于正常人的血糖值是:3.6~6.1mmol/l之间。还有些糖尿病患者，血糖数值低于3.9mmol/l时就会引起低血糖反应。所以在此要搞清两个概念:1.低血糖有低血糖反应就叫低血糖；2.低血糖症首先有低血糖反应，然后就是血糖数值小于2.8毫摩尔每升，另外服用糖分后立即好转。
第二、症状区别
贫血的症状:面色苍白、头晕、眼花、耳鸣、失眠多梦、记忆力减退、乏力、心悸、气短、活动后加重，这些所有类型贫血共有的症状。
低血糖症状:心慌、饥饿、手抖、出汗、头晕，严重时出现意识障碍、昏迷、抽搐。
第三、治疗区别
贫血治疗:贫血的治疗包括很多方法，比如输血，补充造血原料，刺激骨髓造血等。
低血糖治疗:补充糖份即可纠正。

First, conceptual differences.

Third, treatment differences.
Anemia treatment. Treatment of anemia includes many methods, such as blood transfusion, supplement hematopoietic raw materials and stimulate bone marrow hematopoiesis and so on.Hypoglycemia treatment. Sugar supplementation can correct hypoglycemia.
