夏至,是一年中人体代谢最旺盛的节气。人体的津液消耗较多,消化功能相对较弱,同时由于夏季湿热交汇以及空调使用不当等原因,身体原本就虚弱的肿瘤患者在生理功能会失衡加剧、免疫能力下降,而使休眠的癌细胞重新活跃,潜在的致癌因子被激活,复发转移的可能性加大。此时,肿瘤患者若能在夏季通过日常饮食、生活起居进行调养,不但有助于平安度夏,秋冬时节也可以过得更舒坦些。

一、好睡眠,益健康
盛夏季节,昼长夜短。多数人在此季节,由于气候闷热难以入睡,清晨又醒得较早,从晨起活动至午餐后已历时6~7小时,因而午睡1~2小时,对于健康是有益处的,特别是对于肿瘤患者可缓解虚弱疲乏的状态。

二、重饮食,助康复
夏季气温高,许多肿瘤患者的食欲都会下降,此刻调养脾胃很重要,尤其是放化疗的患者,更应通过饮食扶正补虚。宜选择清淡的食物,少食辛辣,油腻的温热食物。应尽量避免煎、炸、烤的食物,尤其是消化道肿瘤、肝胆肿瘤患者需要注意。可以多吃多吃夏天生长的天然抗癌食物,如猴头菇、丝瓜、莴苣、灰树花、西兰花等,这些食物都有效抑制癌细胞;另外,要多吃“苦”菜,如苦瓜等,达到清热之效。

三、莫贪凉,养身体
天热出汗多,有人为了解热解渴,就大量地喝冷饮,其实这并不解渴,反而有害。中医认为,胃喜暖而恶寒,冷饮最易损伤胃肠而致腹痛、泻痢等疾病。胃肠道肿瘤和肾癌、膀胱癌患者尤应注意保养好身体。

四、谨用药,控病情
夏季由于排汗、无食欲等原因,会引起癌症患者身体免疫功能下降,因而影响免疫细胞抵抗细胞侵害的能力,容易出现癌细胞激素扩散、转移,病情加重的情况。因此,夏季更应该做好病情的控制工作。

As a result, dormant cancer cells will be reactivated, potential carcinogens will be activated, and the possibility of recurrence and metastasis will be increased. At this time, if cancer patients can take care of their daily diet and daily life in summer, it will not only help them spend the summer safely, but also can live more comfortable in autumn and winter.
Good sleep, good health
In midsummer, the days are long and the nights are short.In this season, most people are difficult to fall asleep and wake up early in the morning due to the sultry climate. It takes 6-7 hours from the morning to lunch. Therefore, taking a nap for 1-2 hours is good for health, especially for cancer patients.
Diet is good for recovery
Because of the high temperature in summer, the appetite of many cancer patients will decline. It is very important to recuperate the spleen and stomach at this moment, especially for the patients with radiotherapy and chemotherapy, they should strengthen the body and tonify the deficiency through diet. The patients should choose light food, rather than spicy or greasy warm food, they should also try to avoid fried or baked food,especially those patients with digestive tract tumor and hepatobiliary tumor need to pay more attention to diet.You can eat more natural anti-cancer foods grown in summer, such as Hericium erinaceus, Luffa, lettuce, Grifola, broccoli, etc., which can effectively inhibit cancer cells.In addition, you should eat more "bitter" vegetables,such as bitter gourd, to achieve the effect of heat clearing.
