6. 挖三分之一的蛋白霜入紫薯米糊中,翻拌均匀;

8.此时米糊内加入几滴柠檬汁,翻拌均匀;

9.将拌匀的米糊倒入模具中;

10.放入煮开水的电饭煲内;

11.选择蒸煮功能键,蒸煮15分,15分钟后,即可取出脱模,趁热吃更美味!

Tips:
1.紫薯粉过筛是为了更容易搅拌
2.因为紫薯遇蛋清会变成蓝色,所以加入几滴柠檬汁,颜色又会变成紫色
3.蒸好后,开锅盖要注意,水珠尽量不要滴在米糕上
