冠心病的发生和进展,与日常生活中的不良习惯有很大关系。不良习惯不改善,药物治疗的效果也会大打折扣。建议注意以下方面,纠正不良生活习惯。
1,主动戒烟,并且远离二手烟:戒烟困难或者出现严重戒断症状者,可及时向医生求助。

2,限制饮酒次数和饮酒量:男性每天饮用的酒精量不应超过25克,女性不应超过15克,不推荐为了降低心血管疾病风险而饮酒。

3,建立良好的饮食习惯:少吃肥肉、动物内脏、油炸食品等高油脂食物,适当多吃蔬菜,水果等富含维生素的食物,合并高血压者,减少食盐摄入,炒菜时少放盐,少吃腌制食品等高盐食物,合并糖尿病患者,控制甜食、糕点、米面等高碳水化合物食物的摄入。

4,避免久坐,适当锻炼:因担心症状发作而不敢进行锻炼的想法是不正确的。病情稳定时,在不诱发症状的前提下,规律进行中等强度的有氧锻炼(如快步走,慢跑,日常家务劳动等)有益健康。初次进行运动时,最好请医生进行评估。通常可每周运动5天以上、每天30-60分钟。

5,减肥:超重或肥胖者,应在饮食控制及加强锻炼的基础上,尽量将体重控制在适当范围内。

The occurrence and progress of coronary heart disease is closely related to bad habits in daily life.If bad habits are not improved, the effect of drug treatment will be greatly reduced. It is suggested that the patients could correct their bad living habits through the following aspects.
It is suggested that patients should take the initiative to quit smoking and stay away from second-hand smoking. Those who have difficulty in quitting smoking or have severe withdrawal symptoms can seek help from doctors in time.
Limit the frequency and amount of drinking.
Men should not drink more than 25 grams of alcohol a day, and women should not drink more than 15 grams.Drinking alcohol to reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease is not recommended.
Establish good eating habits.
Eat less fat, animal viscera, fried food and other high-fat food, eat more vegetables, fruits and other foods rich in vitamins. Patients combined with hypertension should reduce the intake of salt, stir fry less salt, eat pickled food and other high salt food.Patients combined with diabetes mellitus should control the intake of high carbohydrate food such as sweets, cakes, rice and noodles.
