第四步:按好的山药小窝窝,开水煮3分钟,捞出过凉水

技术总结:
1.山药泥和红薯淀粉的比例按1:1最好
2.红薯淀粉不要有小颗粒状的,否则影响口感
3.山药窝煮的时间不宜太短,否则口感发硬,3分钟左右最好
