简单验血高效诊断阿尔茨海默病,《柳叶刀-神经病学》发表重要进展
研究显示,通过血液检测p-tau217和p-tau181两种标志物,能够高效诊断阿尔茨海默病,并能够区分阿尔茨海默病与FTLD等其他神经退行性疾病。与PET等复杂影像学检测相比,血液检测更容易获得、可推广。
研究团队表示,“我们使用的检测目前仅限用于研究,但希望在几年内,有机会可推广用于临床。”
