腌制虾仁:
鲜虾仁16只 料酒5g 盐1.5g 白胡椒粉0.5g
虾油蒜蓉酱:
虾头16个 蒜末50g 玉米油40g 花椒1小把 八角1个 洋葱丝35g 姜片4片 盐2g 生抽15g

丝瓜去皮切成大约1.5cm厚的块状,加入盐拌匀,放一旁腌制10分钟
