心梗的发生之前往往都有一个共同的疾病,那就是冠心病,而引起冠心病最主要的原因,就是动脉粥样硬化基础上发生了血管的狭窄或者堵塞。现在研究发现,动脉硬化与脂质代谢异常有很大的关系,也就是说血管容易堵,与不合适的饮食习惯是正相关的。下面这些食物,容易损伤血管,增加血液脂质含量。
1. 饮料:各种饮料,尤其是碳酸饮料,含有非常多的添加剂,含糖量也异常惊人,可以引起人体血糖甘油三酯水平增高,增加血液粘稠度,容易形成血栓。
2. 蛋糕:各种含有反式脂肪酸的糕点。反式脂肪酸可以升高人体低密度脂蛋白的含量,而低密度脂蛋白是引起人体高血压动脉氧化的危险因素。
3. 油炸食品:长期食用含油量过高的食物,无疑是最直接引起人体血脂升高的因素,过高的油脂容易粘附在血管壁,引起血管的堵塞,造成血栓。
那么我们应该多吃哪几种食物呢?
1. 洋葱:洋葱中的前列腺A,能扩张血管、降低血液粘稠度、增加血流量、预防血栓形成。洋葱中还含有一种成分叫槲皮酮,可抑制血小板凝集,促进纤溶系统功能,从而预防血栓形成。
2. 茄子:茄子中含有维生素P,维生素P有助降胆固醇的作用;还可以预防小血管出血,使微血管的抵抗力得到增强;可以维持并增强血管的弹性,可有效预防治高血压、冠心病对血管的破坏。
3. 木耳:食用木耳能加速胆固醇排除体外;黑木耳中抗血小板凝结物质,对于动脉硬化、冠心病及阻塞性中风有较好的保健效果。
4. 黄瓜:黄瓜中含有一种丙醇二酸的物质,可以抑制糖类转化为脂类,可以调整血脂代谢,抗冠心病同时还能起到减肥的作用。
