制作流程
第一步:西兰花剪成小朵,盆里放1勺盐,2勺面粉,清水寝泡30分钟,去除西兰花残留的农药和虫卵,清洗干净控干,再把花苞削下来,花茎切片备用

第三步:西红柿切丁,蒜切末,木耳切碎备用

第四步:2个鸡蛋打散,起锅烧油倒入鸡蛋液炒碎盛出备用。锅里倒油,姜 蒜 爆香倒入西红柿炒出汁,加入一碗热水烧开,倒入木耳、盖上盖子、煮5分钟。再把花茎和鸡蛋倒进去,放1勺盐、1勺生抽、适量鸡精搅拌均匀先盛出来备用
