第一步:冬瓜去皮去瓤,切成小块,再在每个小块上切几刀,不要切断,这一步操作的目的是让冬瓜更好的入味。

第二步:青红椒切圈,小葱大蒜切末。

第三步:调料汁,一勺食盐,一勺白糖,一勺生抽,一勺蚝油,一勺十三香,一勺淀粉,再加适量清水搅拌均匀。

第四步:起锅烧油,油热放入冬瓜块,把冬瓜块煎至表面微黄,煎好后把锅里多余的油控出来。

第五步:冬瓜块加入生姜丝一起炒香,再倒入调好的料汁,焖煮3分钟加入青红椒圈继续翻炒至汤汁浓稠,就可以起锅装盘了,起锅前撒少许葱花。
