01养肝法
肝,在志为怒,在声为呼。如果一个人动不动就发脾气,还大呼小叫,可能是肝出了问题,一般是肝火太盛,可以适当吃些有助于清火的寒凉食物,菊花茶、荠菜、丝瓜都有利于疏肝解毒。平常习惯“长吁短叹”的人,可能为肝气郁结,柴胡、薄荷、苏叶可以疏肝郁、防气结。吐纳养生法“六字诀”中提到,常发“嘘”字音,对肝火旺、肝虚、眼疾都有保健作用。
02养心法
心,在志为喜,在声为笑。心气足的人就会爱笑,笑声听上去也很爽朗,适度的笑可以疏通心气。如果多笑一会儿、多说一点话,就觉得心慌,气不够用,多为心气虚,就要注意保养心气了。养心的关键是学会慢生活,工作时间特别紧张,下班了就要刻意放慢节奏。食补方面,桂圆、莲子、百合、黑木耳,都能益心气养心阴。六字诀中,常读“呵”字音可以补心气,对治疗心悸、失眠、健忘也有好处。
03养脾法
脾,在志为思,在声为歌。因此,如果一个人歌声洪亮,脾就应该比较健康。相反,如果一个人脾胃有病,唱起歌来就会声音低微,没有底气。生活中,饮食不规律会把脾气打乱。养脾的关键时期在长夏,结合健脾、祛暑、化湿等方法进行调补,可以吃些绿豆、莲子、丝瓜、陈皮、鸭肉、鲫鱼等。六字诀中,常读“呼”字音可以培养脾气,对脾虚、腹胀、脾胃不和、食欲不振都有好处。
04养肺法
肺,在志为忧,在声为哭。和脾类似,如果一个人哭声洪亮,说明肺气强盛。相反,如果总是声音很小地哭哭啼啼,就可能是肺气虚弱的表现,养肺的首要工作是保持情绪开朗,别像林黛玉那样悲悲凄凄。另外,每天早晚细细嚼食核桃仁1~2枚,生姜2片,也能养肺气。六字诀中,常读“四”字音有助于外感伤风、发热咳嗽、呼吸急促而气短等症状的治疗。
05养肾法
肾,在志为恐,在声为呻。一个人如果总是哼哼唧唧,可能是肾出了问题。补肾要注意腰的保养,久坐伤肉,上班族要勤活动,伸个懒腰,搓搓腰背,都助于养肾。补肾的食物有羊肉、韭菜、龙眼、山药等。六字诀中,常念“吹”字音可以缓解腰腿无力、潮热盗汗、头晕耳鸣、阳痿早泄等症状。
