How to make your diet more DASH?
Eat more vegetables and fruits, replace refined grains with whole grains, choose skim or low-fat dairy products,choose lean protein sources such as fish, poultry and beans, cook with vegetable oil,limit the intake of foods with high added sugar, such as soda water and candy, and limit the intake of foods with high saturated fat content, such as fat meat, whole fat dairy products, coconut oil and palm oil.
