4.分3次加入面糊,并搅拌至粘手的状态

5.模具刷油,放入搅拌好的肉泥压紧实,盖上保鲜膜放冰箱,冷藏1小时使调味料充分融合

6.从冰箱取出,换锡纸裹上模具,冷水上锅大火蒸40分钟,蒸好后取出晾凉就可以脱膜切块啦
*换锡纸是想其上面温度不要太高,也可以防水滴落

接下来这部分是午餐肉饭团,需要用到的材料有:
午餐肉4片(切0.6cm厚) 玉米粒30g 米饭1碗(约200g) 肉松20g 海苔碎2g 熟白芝麻2g 生抽8g 蚝油5g 海苔片2片

热锅倒油,先把午餐肉煎到两面金黄,盛出来放着。
不急着洗锅,直接把玉米粒倒下去,炒出香味了,接着放米饭下去炒炒均匀。

最后加入肉松、海苔碎、熟芝麻、生抽、蚝油,调味再翻炒下,炒均匀了出锅~

然后往午餐肉模具里放一层保鲜膜,煎好的午餐肉放一块下去垫底,再放一层米饭压实,最后放上一块煎好的午餐肉,稍微压一下。(这一步最好带上手套操作,防止模具割手哦~)
整个保鲜膜取出来,去掉保鲜膜,在饭团外层裹上一层海苔片,午餐肉饭团就做好啦!
