一、料粉:
1.碗中加2勺粗辣椒粉,2勺细辣椒粉(上色),1勺白芝麻,1勺孜然粉,1勺白糖

二、料油:
1.准备1个八角,2片香叶,1小块桂皮,1勺小茴香,1勺青花椒,1勺红花椒,少许洋葱丝,少许姜片,少许葱片

2.锅中加油100g左右,凉油下入洋葱丝,姜片,葱片,小火慢炸

三、拌牛筋面辣条:
1.准备干牛筋面200g左右

2.倒入刚烧开的开水,浸泡10秒钟,马上捞出,不要浸泡时间超过10秒钟

3.马上捞出沥干水份,倒入一个盆中
