1.干木耳提前泡发:适量的干木耳,提前用清水泡发2个小时,吃多少泡多少,用凉水泡出来的木耳,口感会更脆爽;
2.木耳汆熟:锅中烧开水,下入泡发好且清洗干净的木耳焯水;
