4.揉好的面团放入碗中,盖上保鲜膜冷藏发酵2小时。

5. 发好之后,放在案板上分成50g/个,用手搓圆,盖上打湿的纱布继续醒发30分钟,直到面团体积变成之前的1.5倍

6. 接着来做馅料:把Kiri奶油奶酪与白砂糖混合,放冰箱冷冻10分钟后取出,分成15g一个并搓圆

7. 开始组合:把面团压扁后放上豆沙芝士球,包起来即可。
